Subscribe & Save: cancellation policy

• What you're agreeing to: when you choose Subscribe & Save, your saved payment method is charged automatically every 2 months at the subscription price shown at checkout (currently 15% off the one-time price), plus any applicable shipping and tax, until you cancel. Each renewal is dispatched after the payment succeeds.
• Cancel anytime: there's no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee. You can cancel, skip or change your subscription at any time before your next billing date from your customer account, or by emailing hello@retouvelle.com.
• When it takes effect: cancelling stops all future charges. Orders already billed and shipped aren't affected.
• Charged after you meant to cancel? Email us before the order ships and we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Your first subscription delivery is also covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee (see our Refund Policy).
• Price changes: if the subscription price changes, we'll email you before your next billing date, and you can cancel before it applies.
