The Fine Print, Made Clear.

This website, retouvelle.com (the "Site"), is operated by Simmius Trade LLC ("Retouvelle", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to your use of the Site and to any purchase you make from us. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

Retouvelle is a cosmetic touch-up product. It temporarily colors hair and scalp and washes out with shampoo. It is not a hair dye, a medical device or a drug. It does not grow hair, treat hair loss or treat any scalp or medical condition.

• Patch test: if you have allergies or sensitive skin, apply a small amount behind your ear 24 hours before first use. Stop using it if irritation occurs.
• For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
• Always read the ingredient list on the packaging before use. If you have a scalp condition or are under a doctor's care, ask your doctor first.

Results vary with hair color, texture, how much hair you have, your shade choice and how much product you apply. Before-and-after photos show real use of the product on individual customers or models and are not a promise of the result you'll get. Customer reviews are individual experiences. If a reviewer received a free product, a discount or anything else in exchange for a review, we disclose it next to the review.

Your order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there's an error in price or product information, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund you in full.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout where required. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country (see our Shipping Policy). We try to keep all prices and descriptions accurate. If we find a pricing error, we'll contact you before shipping and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.

• Promotions, bundle prices and discount codes are valid only for the time and terms stated and can't be combined unless we say so.
• Free gifts, including the mystery gift, have no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash, may vary and are offered while supplies last.
• We may change or end any promotion at any time. This won't affect orders you've already placed.

• When you choose Subscribe & Save, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method automatically every 2 months at the subscription price shown at checkout (currently 15% off the one-time price), plus any applicable shipping and tax, until you cancel.
• Each renewal order is dispatched after the payment succeeds.
• You can cancel, skip or change your subscription at any time before your next billing date from your account or by emailing hello@retouvelle.com. Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't refund orders already shipped, except as described in our Refund Policy.
• Bundle discounts don't combine with the subscription discount.
• If we change the subscription price, we'll email you before your next billing date, and you can cancel before it applies.

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Refunds, including our 30-day money-back guarantee, are covered by our Refund Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order.

If you create an account, keep your login details private. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

You agree not to misuse the Site. That includes breaking any law, interfering with the Site's security or operation, scraping it or using bots, posting false reviews, reselling our products without written permission, or infringing anyone's rights.

If you send us a review, photo, comment or idea, you confirm it's yours and truthful. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display it, with your first name and last initial, in connection with Retouvelle. We won't use your photo in paid advertising without asking you first. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

All content on the Site, including text, images, videos, logos and the Retouvelle name, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.

The Site may link to or use third-party services, such as payment, shipping and review providers. We're not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply.

Apart from the commitments we make in these Terms and our policies, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Site will always be available or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

You agree to compensate us for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you're a consumer, you also keep any protections that the law where you live gives you and that can't be waived. Before starting any formal dispute, please email us. Most issues can be solved quickly.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies to orders placed from that date.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a right, we haven't waived it. These Terms and the policies they refer to are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and your purchases.
